What does it mean to be locally owned?

We’re a market-leading fitness franchise group in the UK with over 100 clubs across our domestic and international territories, most of which are locally owned. By combining the power of a national brand with the passion of a local fitness club owner, énergie is able to offer a club experience like no other!

What is the énergie etiquette?

We’re proud of our clubs and do our best to keep the facilities in check and our members happy, so we expect all members to adhere to the club rules and be respectful to other members and our staff. Anyone who doesn’t meet these expectations will be politely reminded of this policy and further action will be taken if necessary

What is the émpower programme?

Our émpower programme is designed to help you reach your goals. Following an initial consultation to establish your starting point, we’ll design your programme and guide you along the way. The programme includes full support and advice to get you the results you want. We’re so sure you’ll love it that if you don’t see results, you’ll get your money back!

What gym equipment do you have?

Each club offers a huge range of equipment, catering for both cardio, strength and functional training. You can find our full equipment list on our website.

Will I be shown how to use the gym equipment?

It’s up to you! We appreciate that some members may already be clued up on how to use the equipment, however we do offer a KICKSTART induction for new members to help those who would like a little guidance. Our staff and personal trainers are always on hand to answer and questions too!
